What to include in a support message
Tell us what you were trying to do, which browser and device you used, and what happened. If a PDF looks different from the preview, mention the image formats, page settings, and approximate number of files. Please do not email confidential documents or personal information unless it is necessary for your request.
For privacy or data questions, describe the concern without attaching the original files. The converter is designed to process images locally in your browser, so our team generally does not need access to the files themselves to investigate a problem.
Jpeg to PDF does not currently promise a fixed response time. We review messages during normal business operations and aim to respond when a reply or follow-up is needed.
